Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Weed Be Gone Turf and Tree Care, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Service Agreement

Our lawn care and tree care services are provided based on a property assessment and agreed-upon treatment plan. Service schedules, products used, and pricing are determined during the initial consultation and may be adjusted based on property conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods as discussed during service setup. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel scheduled services with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Program cancellations should be communicated in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Weed Be Gone Turf and Tree Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Results may vary based on weather conditions, soil conditions, and other environmental factors beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
